07/30/2025. Tired - 6:00pm | Been a lil bit since updating, just came back from the comic book store and completed my first collectiion of a series with "DC x Sonic The Hedgehog #5". I haven't read it yet (as typing) but this was a fun series, dope style, pacing and coloring throughout. A couple weeks ago I went and saw the new Superman and that shit went hard, not going to lie. DC films have been stepping it up with James Gunn. This movie felt like a real comic, no orgin story because we know wtf Superman is, but relating it to current world topics (Palestine Resistance and Evil Technofuedalist) was refreshing with all the Pro-Zio BS plastered in Marvel. Superman sticking up for an occupied nation Jarhanpur (Palestine) vs. the oppressive Boravia (Israel) makes me wonder, "is Israel copyrighted", mainly because in that new Captain America it had Sabra ... and then there's the rabbithole of Marvel and U.S Military collabs on propaganda. Shit's crazy fr. Anyway, the 20th was my 10 year aniversary of being with with my wife! NOW THAT'S FUCKING WILD! A whole decade, she's cool lol and I love her :) . I can't believe she puts up with me after all these years. We went out that night for Chinese at a place called Ugly Dumpling. The food was good af, ordered some spring rolls, soy garlic wings, broccoli, dumplings, rice, noodles and chicken (again good af). Oh yeah I am definitely not gonna finish reading "Dawn" by the end of July, damn I know -- basically I am behind on my reading, I just caught up on my comics pulls from almost 2 weeks since building the site lol. There are still some things I want to add, like a button to link to my page and of course more resources and a recipe page. Sidestepping to talk music and how Tyler, The Creator and Freddie Gibbs just dropped new albums. We are in this new era of Hip-hop (Culture in general really). I'm calling it "New Nostalgia" idk if someone coined that yet, fuck it; but yeah they dropping heat RIGHT AFTER , Clipse dropped probably ONE OF THE BEST RAP ALBUMS OF THE DECADE. Then we got $ilkmoney dropping another no skip masterpiece -- Maybe I will write about this particular New Nostalgia when I get the chance, because it's beautiful and I am lucky to witness this art. Yo folks still going at Trump for the Epstein files and this goofy keeps digging deeper, can't even laugh anymore. His base is actually splitting and finally paying attention to Gaza civilians being starved and murdered by IOF. If the files is all it took, then, heck yeah -- Random close out, today is the first day in 5 days having A/C and I would explain more but why would I lol, the issue was resolved. Well fuck it I guess I will explain. It was hot and the drip pan got full and shut off the unit; had to clean it up with my Father-in-law and we got it back on but the HVAC techs ended up having to replace the compacitor. Thankfully it's all working now , although the heat gave me a sense of that New Nostalgia lol I remember hot summers without a/c because a storm or other random "living in the boonies" lifestyle. The heat took me back. All I needed was water, an ice pack around my neck, solid music, movies and I felt like a kid again. That probably sounds terrible, just being sweaty in a box consuming media, but nah it was actually "refreshing". Here I go rambling again - GD ! This is a long post , until next time , I'm out.
07/17/2025. Hot - 1:52pm | It is hot as heck outside ! As I type this the sun is scorching and temp outside is 92°. I'm taking a break from outdoor work (mowing and weedwacking). Before all the heat, the rain has been nonstop throughout the area causing floods. Shit, our house was kinda fucked for a moment. There is a tunnel that drains storm water out towards the woods, but my neighbor on the exiting side of the tunnel has ignored maintaining the grass, turning the tunnel into a dam. Timing couldn't have been better because of coure they were not home to witness the flooding - the water was absorbed by the grass and heat once they came home, still there was constant flow of water that was overflowing from our side creating a mini stream. Fuck all that though , this dude Trump is trying to call the Epstein files a hoax LOL . Dude was saying it was "created by Obama". I can only laugh because of how stupid it is, how dull MAGA cult is, there are folks from the right apparenlty burning merch but it's too late. Others are saying "No one cared when it was Biden" or "If Trump is on the list Biden would have released it", nahhh - They are both covering up and protecting their ass. It's revealing how the cult of MAGA and Blue MAGA are one of the same. Both groups are Racist Neoliberal Predators that want "normal in a world that is not". Maybe them holding and closing the Epstein files will bring people together against the oligarchy and "truthseekers". idk I kinda feel like I am rambling now lol---Anywhooo, yesterday I went back to the gym for what seems like almost a year , walk/jogged two miles in 25 minutes, followed it with 4 sets of 15lbs dumbells (12 reps each) and 2 sets of 40lbs with the straight barbell (10 reps each). I'm not as sore as expected but definetly need to make a habit of working out and stretching. Also I've been putting in more work on the site! It's been fun getting back into html/css. There will be some things I add like resources for surfing the web and community orgs. The nostalgia I had creating my Myspace Theme for my 'about me' put a battery in my back, remembering a love for the internet and computer I thought was lost. The rushing home after work to tweak my site has been not only rewarding but I take pride in this skill, especially knowing this was created by me without restrictions.
07/08/2025. High - 4:55pm | I am pretty stoned right now. I finally got the blog page down I guess, made this site in about 3 days. I have been wanting to make a site for the longest, the algorithm from Meta and Twitter are damaging, addictive and honestly making me question humanity. This gave me a project and a place I can call my own without strict censorship and invasive advertising. Alot of my friends and family are evidence to the red pill (sharing AI, misinformation,utter BS!) - maybe I am being over the edge but seriously at times it's like I'm Chicken Little screaming that "the sky is falling" while being sent a generated glossy video of Homer Simpson hitting a bong melting into a lamborghini. Meanwhile Texas just had a preventable flood that wiped out 100+ people (Thanks Trump), Nation leaders are not taking accountability for slashing funds from FEMA and giving Corporate bailouts from the Big Ugly Bill. This first post is heavy - I promise I am not trying to be miserable but damn, idk. Recently I went on a fishing trip on a boat with my wife and brother-inlaws (That was fun); the water was pretty rough from the tropical storm that caused the flood mentioned earlier, I got sea sick and puked! We didn't catch anything worth keeping but it was a fun experience. After that we went to the beach nearby and got in the water (the weather was decent tbh). Witnessed almost a fight of some drunk white dude cursing, throwing 2007 Call of Duty lobby slurs at another white dude ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. On the way back, we got some Dairy Queen (American classic), everyone had ice cream while I ordered a burger and fries. All-in-all, the trip was a highlight and put me in a rabbithole of watching fishing videos on the internet. Lately I have been reading more fiction thanks to my wife, right now I am reading "Dawn" by Octavia Butler. This will be my first book that I read by her and plan to complete by end of July. The next political/philosophical book I plan to read is "Revolutionary Suicide" by Huey P. Newtown, but I have been itching to crack open the Assata Biography too. There are a lot of books, physical comics that I purchased; along with ebook PDF's (stored away for safe keeping). The want outweighs the need, but knowing they exist in my posession is comforting. Welp, gonna wrap up this post, Lilly is laying on my lap- toodaloo!
